Great news!
The last live sales prelicensing class for 2015 will be
held on October 26 to November 6 at 33 Lono Avenue, The Kahului Building.
Bistro Casanova is on the ground floor of the building and the classroom is on
the second floor.
Classes for the 11 day course will be held daily from 9:00 to
4:30 Monday through Saturday of the first week with a take home midterm on
Sunday, and Monday through Friday of the second week with the class final on
Friday from 8 to noon. Cost of the course is $895.00 plus tax including
materials. Class size is limited.
We will contact the licensing exam provider to arrange for
the licensing exam to be given on Saturday October 7( no guarantees but we are
usually able to do so with subsequent dates in close succession). Cost of the exam is $68.00. You must pass the
course with full attendance and score at least 70% on the class final.
Registration will be available tomorrow (8/14) on the Carol
Ball Real Estate School website http://carolballrealestateschool.com/cb/pre-licensing-live/.
Full payment is required to complete registration.
Please review the particulars of the course on the school
website so you will know what it entails. The course is quite rigorous and
requires full time participation. Working or having other activities during
this period is not recommended because besides the six and a half hours at
class there is about four hours of homework nightly. There are no refunds
given.
Lots of sacrifices but others have done it before you. You
could possibly have your license before the end of the year if you fulfill all the requirements.
