I can’t believe the year has flown by so quickly. We are gearing up for 2016 with a live sales prelicensing class January 25 to February 5.

Back by popular demand Keone and I are team teaching. Come and join the fun. Lots of work but we all have fun.

LAST LIVE CLASS FOR 2015

                     Hi Guys!

Great news! 

The last live sales prelicensing class for 2015 will be held on October 26 to November 6 at 33 Lono Avenue, The Kahului Building. Bistro Casanova is on the ground floor of the building and the classroom is on the second floor.

Classes for the 11 day course will be held daily from 9:00 to 4:30 Monday through Saturday of the first week with a take home midterm on Sunday, and Monday through Friday of the second week with the class final on Friday from 8 to noon. Cost of the course is $895.00 plus tax including materials. Class size is limited.

We will contact the licensing exam provider to arrange for the licensing exam to be given on Saturday October 7( no guarantees but we are usually able to do so with subsequent dates in close succession).  Cost of the exam is $68.00. You must pass the course with full attendance and score at least 70% on the class final.

Registration will be available tomorrow (8/14) on the Carol Ball Real Estate School website http://carolballrealestateschool.com/cb/pre-licensing-live/. Full payment is required to complete registration.

Please review the particulars of the course on the school website so you will know what it entails. The course is quite rigorous and requires full time participation. Working or having other activities during this period is not recommended because besides the six and a half hours at class there is about four hours of homework nightly. There are no refunds given.

Lots of sacrifices but others have done it before you. You could possibly have your license before the end of the year if you fulfill all the requirements.

Classes will be held at 427 Ala Makani Street, Kahului (right next door to the Realtors Association of Maui office) from 9-4:30 daily with the class final on the last day of class from 8:00 to 12. You must attend every class and pass the class final with 70% to pass the class.

SUMMER CLASS ANTICIPATED

We are happy to tell you about an anticipated summer sales prelicensing class the last two weeks in July. Having had many inquiries, we expect a fairly large class so please mark your calendars and stay tuned for a registration announcement soon.

THINKING OF A PRELICENSING CLASS MARCH 30-APRIL 10, 2015

Aloha -

Wow! Because of demand we are thinking of having an accelerated prelicensing class March 30 to April 10.

You know the drill: Daily class from 9-4:30 including Saturday, take home midterm half way through and class the following week Monday through Friday with the class final on Friday from 8-12. There is about 2-4 hours of homework nightly. You are expected to attend every class and pass the class final on the last day with at least 70% passing score on both the National and Hawaii portions of the test.

If this is something you are interested in taking please email me at carol@carolball.com. You should state that you are interested in attending the prelicensing class March 30-April 10. We will take a head count and determine whether we have enough for a class and where we can find a facility to hold the class. Then we will facilitate registrations on our website.

Please let us know whether you are interested in taking the class so we will know whether we should have one at this time and how many to expect. We do not know when we will have another class after this one but it will not be right away.

LIVE PRELICENSING CLASS FEBRUARY 2-13 2015

Aloha Friends-

Thanks for your patience.Here are the particulars on the February 2015 Prelicensing Class.

CLASS DATES AND HOURS

February 2-13, 2015

9:00 to 4:30 daily February 2-13 including Saturday with a take-home midterm on Sunday. On February 13 I will give the class final from 8-12:00. You must attend every class and pass the class final with 70% in order to be eligible to take the licensing exam.

PRICE

Price of the course including materials is $895.00 plus tax. Payment is due to complete registration. No Refunds.

LOCATION

427 ALA MAKANI STREET, KAHULUI

PSI LICENSING EXAM

I will contact the exam provider, PSI, to hold the licensing exam as close to the day of the class final as possible. They can usually arrange it immediately following the class but there are no guarantees because their policy is first come first served. Price of exam is $68.00
