Because our after hours prelicensing classes have been so popular we are holding a bonus class before Christmas. 

Classes will be held December 5-14 as follows:
Week 1- Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 5-9 PM, all day Saturday, No class Sunday
Week 2- Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 5-9. The class final will be held on the last evening of class.

NEW LIVE AFTER HOURS SALES PRELICENSING CLASS OCTOBER 17-29 2016

We have heard from many of you that you wanted to study for your real estate license but that your work schedule wouldn’t allow you to take a daily class during working hours.

We listened and have created a new format that will allow you to take the required sales prelicensing class after work. 

The class consists of nine sessions held on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday from 5-9 PM and Saturday from 9-4 during week 1. And Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday from 5-9 PM with the class final held on Saturday from 8-12 during week 2. 70% score on the final is required to pass the course.

At least two hours of homework is required to prepare for each evenings class as well as Saturday’s all day class.

All instruction books and materials are included in the cost of $895.00 plus tax.

SUMMER CLASS JULY 11-22, 2016

JOIN the fun and get your license! Summer prelicensing class will be held July 11-22, 2016.
Fulfill the mandatory education requirement the fun way with the accelerated real estate prelicensing class to prepare you for the licensing exam. Class is held daily from 9-4:30 for 11 days. On the 11th day the class final will be given from 8-12.
