Classes will be held at the Maui Mall B5 in Kahului .Class will be held daily from 9-4:30 except Sunday when you will be given a take-home midterm to complete. Expect about 4 hours of homework a night to prepare you for the next day's lesson. The course final will be held on June 13 from 8 -12. Attendance at all of the class sessions and final exam is mandatory.You must attend all of the classes and pass the course final with at least 70% to be eligible to take the state of Hawaii real estate licensing exam. Cost is $880 plus tax including materials. There is a separate fee to take the licensing exam charged by the provider.

If you have talked to others who have taken my class you know it's lots of work, INTENSE! as they say. But totally worth it and fun, believe it or not. Much of your learning will center around guided discussion with your group. Some of you like to work alone but trust me when I tell you that your group work will really help reinforce the information that you must know to pass both my final and the state exam.
ARE YOU READY?
So if you are ready to clear your calendar for two weeks and engage in something that will be really worth it for your future, sign up for the class. You will not have another life during the class so be prepared.

ANNOUNCING DATES FOR LIVE SALES PRELICENSING CLASS
Aloha-
Thank
you for expressing interest in my live real estate sales prelicensing class.
The
dates for the class will be from June 2, 2014 to June 13, 2014.
Classes
will be held at the Maui Mall Suite B5.
Cost
of the course including materials will be $880.00 plus tax.
The
schedule will be as follows:
Monday
June 2 through Saturday June 7 class will be held from 9:00 to 4:30. Lunch on
your own from 12-1. There will be a take home midterm on Sunday, June 8.
Class
will continue Monday June 9 through Thursday June 12 from 9:00 to 4:30 with
lunch from 12-1.
On
Friday June 13 the class final exam will be held from 8 am to 12 noon.
You
may not miss any class and must pass the final exam with a score of at least
70%.
If
you do not pass the final exam you must retake the course to be able to take
the exam again. There is no discount for repeating the course.
I
will attempt to arrange the PSI licensing exam for as close to the conclusion
of the class as possible.
Instructions
for registration and payment will be forthcoming. Class size will be limited to
60 students.
I

NEW LIVE CLASS COMING SOON
I don't want you to think that I am relaxing, because I have been busy at work attempting to prepare for the next in-person prelicensing class. I have over 60 people who have told me that they want to take the sales prelicensing course. I have directed those who cannot wait to my online course found at www.continuingedexpress.com/carolball-prelicense which will give those who want their license what they need to fulfill the State of Hawaii requirement for prelicensing education.
One of the big problems that I am facing is the number of students who want to take my class. I am trying to find a place that will accommodate all of you and I will continue trying. I know how important this step was for me when I started my new career and I know it is the same for you.

CLASS RESULTS SEPTEMBER 9-20 2013
Aloha-
Some
of the readers of this blog may want to know how the students in the September
real estate prelicensing class fared.
CLASS FINAL RESULTS
Out
of 54 students who enrolled in the class on September 9, 42 people passed the
final exam on September 20. Four people dropped out of the class for a variety
of reasons, one in the first few days and the last 3 in the last few days before
the final. One person was auditing the course so did not sit for the final
exam. That means about 85% of the people who completed the class passed the
class.
NEWS
Twenty
Six scored 80% or higher with nine of them over 90% on the national part of the
class final. One person scored 98% on the national part of the test. Seven people scored less than 70% on the national part of the final.
Two students did not pass the Hawaii part of the class final .
PSI LICENSING EXAM
RESULTS
Thirty eight people took the PSI licensing exams in the month of October from the Carol
Ball School of Real Estate. 92% of them passed the uniform (National) part of
the test and 81% passed the Hawaii part of the test.
