THINKING OF A PRELICENSING CLASS MARCH 30-APRIL 10, 2015

Aloha -

Wow! Because of demand we are thinking of having an accelerated prelicensing class March 30 to April 10.

You know the drill: Daily class from 9-4:30 including Saturday, take home midterm half way through and class the following week Monday through Friday with the class final on Friday from 8-12. There is about 2-4 hours of homework nightly. You are expected to attend every class and pass the class final on the last day with at least 70% passing score on both the National and Hawaii portions of the test.

If this is something you are interested in taking please email me at carol@carolball.com. You should state that you are interested in attending the prelicensing class March 30-April 10. We will take a head count and determine whether we have enough for a class and where we can find a facility to hold the class. Then we will facilitate registrations on our website.

Please let us know whether you are interested in taking the class so we will know whether we should have one at this time and how many to expect. We do not know when we will have another class after this one but it will not be right away.

 Please remember that for my live class it is an accelerated model that meets for 11 days from 9 to 4:30 and there is from 2-4 hours of homework nightly.

LIVE PRELICENSING CLASS FEBRUARY 2-13 2015

Aloha Friends-

Thanks for your patience.Here are the particulars on the February 2015 Prelicensing Class.

CLASS DATES AND HOURS

February 2-13, 2015

9:00 to 4:30 daily February 2-13 including Saturday with a take-home midterm on Sunday. On February 13 I will give the class final from 8-12:00. You must attend every class and pass the class final with 70% in order to be eligible to take the licensing exam.

PRICE

Price of the course including materials is $895.00 plus tax. Payment is due to complete registration. No Refunds.

LOCATION

427 ALA MAKANI STREET, KAHULUI 
next to Realtors Association of Maui
(view map)We held a class there last September and it worked out great with ample parking and reasonable access from all geographical areas of Maui.

PSI LICENSING EXAM

I will contact the exam provider, PSI, to hold the licensing exam as close to the day of the class final as possible. They can usually arrange it immediately following the class but there are no guarantees because their policy is first come first served. Price of exam is $68.00
