EXCITEMENT GROWS WITH REAL ESTATE CLASS DATE IMMINENT
I'm excited about the eagerness that the students in my new class are showing about wanting to start studying for the real estate prelicensing class that will begin on June 2.
Although the books are not scheduled to be distributed until May 29, anticipation is already growing and several students have inquired about being able to pick up their books early.
Class will be held at the Maui Mall in the space where the "Art of Trash" is presently being presented.

Classes will be held at the Maui Mall B5 in Kahului .Class will be held daily from 9-4:30 except Sunday when you will be given a take-home midterm to complete. Expect about 4 hours of homework a night to prepare you for the next day's lesson. The course final will be held on June 13 from 8 -12. Attendance at all of the class sessions and final exam is mandatory.You must attend all of the classes and pass the course final with at least 70% to be eligible to take the state of Hawaii real estate licensing exam. Cost is $880 plus tax including materials. There is a separate fee to take the licensing exam charged by the provider.
NOT FOR SISSIES
If you have talked to others who have taken my class you know it's lots of work, INTENSE! as they say. But totally worth it and fun, believe it or not. Much of your learning will center around guided discussion with your group. Some of you like to work alone but trust me when I tell you that your group work will really help reinforce the information that you must know to pass both my final and the state exam.
ARE YOU READY?
So if you are ready to clear your calendar for two weeks and engage in something that will be really worth it for your future, sign up for the class. You will not have another life during the class so be prepared.
JUST GO FOR IT
Class is limited to 60 students because of the size of the classroom I was able to obtain. I had over 60 on my mailing list of interested parties when I arranged to give this course so sign up soon. I am giving an EARLY BIRD 10% DISCOUNT to those who sign up by May 17, 2014.

ANNOUNCING DATES FOR LIVE SALES PRELICENSING CLASS
Aloha-
Thank
you for expressing interest in my live real estate sales prelicensing class.
The
dates for the class will be from June 2, 2014 to June 13, 2014.
Classes
will be held at the Maui Mall Suite B5.
Cost
of the course including materials will be $880.00 plus tax.
The
schedule will be as follows:
Monday
June 2 through Saturday June 7 class will be held from 9:00 to 4:30. Lunch on
your own from 12-1. There will be a take home midterm on Sunday, June 8.
Class
will continue Monday June 9 through Thursday June 12 from 9:00 to 4:30 with
lunch from 12-1.
On
Friday June 13 the class final exam will be held from 8 am to 12 noon.
You
may not miss any class and must pass the final exam with a score of at least
70%.
If
you do not pass the final exam you must retake the course to be able to take
the exam again. There is no discount for repeating the course.
I
will attempt to arrange the PSI licensing exam for as close to the conclusion
of the class as possible.
Instructions
for registration and payment will be forthcoming. Class size will be limited to
60 students.
I

estate license. As you have no doubt heard, I love teaching the classes and
