LIVE MAUI REAL ESTATE PRELICENSING COURSE IMMINENT

Aloha –

I am anticipating finalizing a date and location for a class in February within the next week. Please stay tuned for information.

Shortly thereafter registration will commence on the school website at http://www.carolballrealestateschool.com/pre-licensing.html . 

Registrations will be taken online with payment expected at that time via PayPal. Your credit card may be used on the Paypal site as well. The cost for the class including books and materials is $895.00 plus tax.

The classes will be held daily from 9:00-4:30 for 10 days with the course final exam held on the last day from 8:00-12:00 noon. Besides attending every class you must receive at least 70% on the class final to be eligible to take the state licensing exam.

LOTS OF CLASS INQUIRIES

ALOHA EVERYONE-

Thanks for all the inquiries about  future prelicensing classes.

I do not have another class planned for 2014 but will let you know as soon as my classes for 2015 are planned. Keep an eye on this blog which I update with new information as it develops.

In the meantime, if you wish to get started right away, you might check out the online prelicensing course that I instruct at http://www.carolballrealestateschool.com/pre-licensing-online.html. I just spoke to a couple of people recently right after they finished it and really enjoyed it. The other important thing is that they passed the licensing exam!

WOW IS RIGHT

If it were not enough to sell out the class, we had the class final yesterday and EVERYONE PASSED!

What else was exemplary was that over 50% of the class scored 80% and above and seven students scored over 90%. Anyone who took the test will tell you that it wasn’t easy.

Good job. We had fun.

LIVE SALES PRELICENSING CLASS SEPTEMBER 29 TO OCTOBER 10, 2014

Aloha Friends-

Because of the many requests such as yours, I have arranged to hold an 11 day accelerated class this fall. I have had over 100 inquiries since my last class began. Thank you so much for your interest!

When and Where the class will be held

The dates of the class will be September 29-October 10, 2014. The class will be held live at the Maui Mall from 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM Daily including Saturday on days one through six of the course. Sunday will consist of a take home midterm reviewing all of the class work already covered. Monday through Thursday of the following week class will be held from 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM. The course final exam consisting of Uniform and Hawaii exam questions will be held on Friday, October 10 from 8:00 AM TO 12:00 Noon. Attendance is required at all classes and a passing score of 70% on both the Uniform and Hawaii portions of the course final to pass the course. A certificate to those who pass the course will be awarded after the class final which will allow entry to the Hawaii real estate licensing exam with the proper fee and registration. Total cost of the course instruction including materials is $880.00 plus tax paid upon registration. There are no refunds once class has started.

When REGISTRATIONS will be taken

Registrations will be taken beginning September 1, 2014 on a first come first served basis. Registrations must be accompanied by payment. Class size will be limited due to room constraints. Registrations will be taken at http://www.carolballrealestateschool.com/pre-licensing.html   after September 1, 2014. This course may be canceled at any time prior to registrations.

You should receive an email alerting you to the availability of registration applications and payment.  In the meantime you can check out my blogspot at http://carolballrealestate.blogspot.com/ for any updated information as it may become available.

To answer the inevitable question, I do not have any live classes planned beyond this date at this time.
